Teagan Ariss is an emerging dance artist who graduated from York University in 2021 with a BFA Honours in Dance. She is originally from Waterloo, ON and her introduction to Guelph Dance was through performing in the ‘Youth Moves’ series of the festival as a teenager. Teagan has since participated in the festival’s ‘Breaking Ground’ Mentorship Program with Lina Cruz, the Emerging Artist Intensive, and has been an enthusiastic audience member! She is thrilled to be working this year on the Arts Explosion March Break Camp and she cannot wait to spend an energetic week at the River Run Centre with the campers!
