Attendance to IN THE LAB featuring Katie Ewald and ON THE STAGE featuring Simik Komaksiutiksak require tickets. Tickets are now available through the River Run Centre’s Box Office online at riverrun.ca, by phone at 519-763-3000, or in person (35 Woolwich St.). Tickets are priced on a sliding scale, select the ticket price that is best suited to you. If the discounted ticket price for these shows still presents a barrier to attendance for you, please reach out to [email protected] for additional options.
Tickets can be purchased through the River Run Centre’s Box Office up to two hours before each show. The in-person Box Office will be open at each venue one hour before each show (subject to availability). Onsite, we will accept cash and card payments.
Attendance for IN THE PARK and WORKSHOPS is by Pay-What-You-Can by donation. Make a donation in advance of the event here. Or, we will accept donations onsite via cash and card.
PARTY PARTY PARTY has a $10 cover fee at the door. Onsite, we will accept cash and card payments through Square.
Venue Access
IN THE PARK and WORKSHOPS at Exhibition Park will take place outdoors on grass. The park has two physically accessible washrooms, accessible parking, and paved pathways. For directions, please visit: https://guelph.ca/park/exhibition-park/.
IN THE LAB at ImprovLab is a physically accessible venue in the Arts Research Centre (ARC) wing of the MacKinnon building, room 108. PARTY PARTY PARTY at artBar (37 Quebec St. Upper Level) has elevator access via the Bookshelf entrance (41 Quebec St). There will be a Guelph Dance volunteer at the accessible entrance to assist with elevator access.
Due to all of the development in our lovely downtown core in Guelph, please be sure to leave ample time for parking before your scheduled show time.
Our events are mask-friendly and your choice to wear a mask will be respected. We ask that our attendees self-screen prior to attending any of our events and remain home if they’re feeling unwell. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our community safe.
Inclement weather locations
In the case of inclement weather, our outdoors events will be moved indoors. This will be communicated through our website homepage, newsletter, and social media.
Old Quebec St Shoppes, 55 Wyndham St N, is the inclement weather venue for IN THE PARK. It is physically accessible at all entrances. The performance will take place on the ground floor. Accessible washrooms on the ground floor.
Guelph Youth Dance Studios, 42 Quebec St, is the inclement weather venue for WORKSHOPS. In this case, the workshop would take place in Studio A on the third floor. The elevator entrance is located at the back of the building at 21 Chapel Lane. For use of the elevator, patrons are asked to notify Guelph Dance Staff – 519 780 2220. This is so we can greet you at the Chapel Lane entrance which is locked for security purposes. The main entrance (Quebec St) leads to one flight of stairs to the second floor – the studio can be accessed from the second floor by a second flight of stairs or the elevator. Accessible washroom on the second floor.
